Control Over Your Aging... Yes, There Is Now Proof...

Control Over Your Aging... Yes, There Is Now Proof...

(Now maybe you’ll believe me)

How many times have you read or heard me say that you more than likely have control over your aging process, that scientific studies prove that the way we age has far more to do with your lifestyle and environment (75%) than your genes (25%).

I constantly point this out because according to science it’s becoming more and more likely that you’ll reach a very ripe old age, so why not feel healthy and great along the way and be youthful-looking and lively as possible during the journey.

Now, according to a new report by the Pew Research Center, within the next three decades the world’s population of people who are one hundred years old will be eight times greater than it is today.

According to Pew, there were half a million centenarians in the world in 2015, more than quadruple the number in 1990. And this growth will accelerate to the point where projections say there will be 3.7 million 100-year-olds by 2050.

The U.S. had the most centenarians overall in 2015, mainly because of our size, since we had fewer per capita than Japan and Italy.

So if you’re lucky enough to be among the majority of the population without life-threatening disease and will live a long life, it’s likely to be longer than you thought.

Therefore, why not include healthy diet, exercise, daily mental and social activity, and whatever else it takes to keep young and energetic. I’ll be 82 in a few months and look forward to my healthy, energetic 90-year milestone. BUT REMEMBER - This is something you need to prepare for so get healthy and STAY healthy for your long journey of healthy, youthful living.
